in reference to 1040's comment: Yes, I broke a verbal treaty. The game had 1 player AWOL, I had Australia, Asia, and Europe. He had North America, and South America. The Third Player had Asia. I had a set to turn in and seeing that 1040 had 5 cards, I took the opportunity to take him out then subsequently take the third weakend player out, winning the game in 2 turns. It would have happened anyway, the game was nearing a close, treaties would have ended.
Anyone making deals with this guy, beware. He's not honorable and his word is no good. He broke an official treaty, and an unofficial one with me. It cost me the game and his excuse was that I had too many cards. This guy is a backstabber, so if you're ever playing with him make sure you're shored up even if he says you don't have to worry about that border
